restoration of a barograph movement
This is a dirty movement with a cylinder platform escapement. It is quite rare that engagement problems crop up. In this case it did: I had to move the second intermediate wheel (above the central hole) by .15mm to the left to increase the distance between this wheel and the first intermediate wheel (eight-day wheel). Once this was done the rest of the work could start, icluding another bush further up the train, followed by cleaning
